Your Statuses


StatusMeaningNext Step
**Unverified**Not yet startedBegin verification
**Pending**Documents submitted, under reviewWait 2-5 business days
**Verified**Fully verified, Tier 2Your Realer ID is active
**Rejected**Submission did not meet requirementsSee rejection reason, reapply
**Suspended**Verification suspendedContact support
**Terminated**Account permanently bannedContact support

If Your Verification is Pending


  • Review typically takes 2-5 business days
  • You'll receive an email when the review is complete
  • Check your spam folder for notifications

    • If Your Verification is Rejected


    Common reasons for rejection:

  • Blurry or unreadable ID document
  • Face does not match ID photo
  • Incomplete profile information
  • Invalid government-issued ID

  • Review the rejection reason
  • Fix the identified issue
  • Resubmit your verification
