Verification Status Explained
Your Statuses
| Status | Meaning | Next Step |
|---|---|---|
| Unverified | Not yet started | Begin verification |
| Pending | Documents submitted, under review | Wait 2-5 business days |
| Verified | Fully verified, Tier 2 | Your Realer ID is active |
| Rejected | Submission did not meet requirements | See rejection reason, reapply |
| Suspended | Verification suspended | Contact support |
| Terminated | Account permanently banned | Contact support |
If Your Verification is Pending
- Review typically takes 2-5 business days
- You'll receive an email when the review is complete
- Check your spam folder for notifications
If Your Verification is Rejected
Common reasons for rejection:
- Blurry or unreadable ID document
- Face does not match ID photo
- Incomplete profile information
- Invalid government-issued ID
How to Reapply
- Go to Dashboard > Verification
- Review the rejection reason
- Fix the identified issue
- Resubmit your verification
